Chronic Disease Monitoring
Conditions needing regular follow up are monitored by our nursing team. You may be sent letters requesting that you attend the hospital for blood tests and appointments arranged with our nurses. Please respond promptly to these requests and should you be unable to attend the appointments contact reception to arrange for a more convenient time.
Children’s Immunisations
Are held every Thursday between 10:30 – 11:30. Appointments are sent out by Child Health at Upton Hospital, however you can turn up at this clinic without an appointment.
Family Planning Service
Is provided by family planning trained nurses, during normal surgery hours. We also offer IUD and Implanon fitting with our GP colleagues at Langley Health Centre
Cervical Screening
Is provided by the nurses, during normal surgery hours. A reminder letter will be sent out to patients who are due to have a test.
Minor Surgery
The nurse and the doctors carry out a range of minor operations by special arrangement with our colleagues at Langley Health Centre
